Cancellation Policy

48hrs notice must be given to cancel your appointment. failure to do this will result in being charged full appointment price up front on your next booking. Appointments can only be rescheduled once per each booking (e.g per deposit) must be rescheduled with 48hours notice to your appointment. failure to do this will result in loss of your appointment and deposit. Deposits are Non-Refundable. In the event of cancellation deposits are Non-Transferable. In rare events such as ‘Global Crisis’ deposits are non-refundable as you are booking the appointment at your own risk
